I am beyond delighted to be able to offer a new class! Well it’s not a new class as such, it’s an extra ‘nourish’ class.
Nourish Yoga Class
My ‘nourish’ yoga class is a general all round feel good class. It includes a gentle grounding practice followed by slow flowing warm up poses, gradually moving into a vinyasa flow style practice based around the Surya Namaskar (sun salutation) sequences. You dictate how dynamically you move through the flow depending on your energy levels and mood and I will help you move safely. I offer plenty of option as we move through the poses so we can all find one that works for us.
We then head down to the earth for a blissful savasana practice including a yoga nidra/guided meditation.
This class should leave you feeling nourished in your mind, body and soul.
And the best bit about this class is that it is suitable for everyone, even beginners (not suitable for 2nd or 3rd trimester pregnancy). Please let me know before class of any injuries, health concerns or queries.
I already teach this class on a Tuesday at Willow Road and am now offering this class on a Thursday at Salutation Hall too, which I’m so excited about!
Classes cost £8 per class and can be booked as a block or as single classes so it’s easier to fit it around other commitments. It’s important to me that the classes are affordable so no one is excluded based on cost.
