I currently teach one in person class a week at Willow Road Community Hall. This class currently runs on Tuesday 7:15pm till 8:30pm and there is more information on my class page of this website if you are interested.

Seasonal Workshop

I hold quarterly seasonal workshops around the solstices’ and equinoxes’. These are much small groups over three hours, so we get to drive in a little deeper to all things seasonal. I particularly love teaching these because the extra time with amazing people to explore all things yoga is just heaven for me! Oh and did I mention there is always tea and cake!

And that’s a wrap • thank you to all those that have attended my classes this year. I’ve loved every minute of it! We wrapped the year up gently with our Winter Solstice Workshop today. The focus was on rest as we prepare to hunker down and get cosy and still over the winter. As nature softly settles in to deep sleep how can we use this month for quiet reflection? My December newsletter has landed in your inbox today just in case you hadn’t seen it yet. Early morning yoga, sauna and plunge pools? Oh go on then! Followed by coffee and cake and a wander through Hamsterley Forest 🍂 @h3obeachsaunas 11:11 the day to check in with yourself and make a wish. Spend time today to mediated or journal, walk in nature and keep those eyes, ears and intuition peeled for signs from the universe ✨ What a beautiful chilled weekend doing very little really! I did however, get to spend some quality time with my two eldest children. We don’t get to spend much time together these day due to work, gym and socialising (how it should be when you’re 18 & 19 yrs old). Loved every minute ❤️ Balancing vata dosha • get out in nature 🌳 🍂 I mean really out in nature. No distractions. Be present. Take in the minute details. Ground into the earth and rebalance. Whenever you’re feeling a bit wobbly Mother Nature will most definitely help. Why not make it a non negotiable. But make it the whole point. Not a means to an end I.e. exercise, do it just for the nature, letting go of any form outcome 💚 November is the month to nourish. The last month of autumn before we hunker down for winter. Happy Samhain • Samhain is a festival of the dead, meaning “Summer’s End,” marking the end of the harvest period and the start of the dark winter season. It acknowledges our ancestors as the veil is thin between this world and the spirit world. It’s a time to release and renew rituals to keep us well through the dark months to come.
